ART TubeFire 8
The ART TubeFire 8 is an 8-channel mic preamp and firewire audio interface (8in+8out) in a single rack-mount chassis. It can operate at up to 96kHz sample rate and 24-bit depth. It connects to your PC or Macintosh based digital audio workstation via Firewire (IEEE 1394) (Sony iLINK®).

The Digidesign MBox 2 is a simple to use USB powered stereo in/out audio interface with MIC inputs. It's made to simplify your recording system so the technology doesn't get in the way of your creativity.  It comes with two analog inputs and two analog outputs as well as a S/PDIF port.

The Presonus Firebox is a 1/3U-wide rackspace Firewire based audio interface for Macintosh and Windows computers. It can be used in home and professional studios. It features 4 inputs (2 of which have mic preamps), 6 TRS Outputs, operates upto 24-bit / 96kHz, Firewire 400 interface, S/PDIF Port, Firewire Powered or by 9VDC Power Supply, Cubase LE, Headphone output, and MIDI Port.

The SM Pro Audio A-08 is probably the least expensive 8 channel Analog to ADAT converter currently available. For other low cost ADAT options you may want to look at the Behringer ADA8000, or for a little more the Alesis AI3 or the step up to the PreSonus DigiMAX.
