The CAD KBM412 is a microphone made for low frequency instruments like kick drum or bass guitar. It uses a large diamter neodymium (say that 3 times fast) dynamic element that can handle large SPL (Sound Pressure Levels). For connecting to mixing boards it has an XLR input and is low impedence. This means that the mic can not be plugged directly into a line level (1/4" mono) jack. |
