Rode or RØDE Microphones was established in 1967 by Henry and Astrid Freedman. They have manufacturing and installing audio products in Australia. They’ve been manufacturing microphones since 1990. In 1998 they moved to Sydney in to a 20,000 sq. ft. facility. They started a separate metal working facility in Mudgee, Australia. This is where the microphone bodies, fittings, and components are made using some the latest computer controlled machines.

 NT2
Rode NT2-A Condenser

The NT2-A is a multi-polar pattern condenser mic with dual gold plated diaphragms. It is capable of switching between the omni, cardioid, and figure-8 polar pattens via a switch located on the mic. This allows the mic to be used for a number of applications from vocal/voice mic to drum and piano overheads, to micing guitar amps. It has a maximum SPL of 147dB or 157dB with the -10dB pad enabled yet is sensitive enough to hear your mouth close or every acoustic guitar creak

Rode NT3
A great vocal / instrument large diapham condenser mic. Stylish and modern, the NT3 is an externally biased, true condenser mic with hypercardioid polar response. It features transformerless output; heavy-duty cast-satin nickel body; high immunity to RF interference

 NT4
The NT4 uses two 1/2 inch polarized condenser elements that have been aligned 90 degrees from one another. This is the same thing that occurs when using two cardioid mics mounted to a dual X/Y mic holder, except that these are securely mounted at exactly 90 degrees from one another. You've seen the dual mic holders where each mic is positioned anywhere from 45 to 60 degrees which forms a 90 to 120 angle.

 NT1000 Mic
Rode NT1000 Studio Condenser

A Large 1 inch diaphragm capsule, ultra-low noise, transformerless circuitry with dynamic range. Internal capsule shockmounting, satin nickel body, welded mesh head for stability and durability. Full frequency response. It's great for drum overheads, piano, as well as a great vocal mic.
