The TC-Helicon VoiceOne is a real-time voice processor that does formant voice shifting (pitch shifting). This is probably the best you’re going to do and TC Helicon has the Voice Modeling TM technology which is now in its 2nd generation. The VoiceOne is an amazing vocal tool. The unit features pitch-recognition algorithm that does voice pitch correction as well as voice formant pitch shifting. There are 4-types of voice pitch shifting: Pure Shift, Hybrid Shift, Incremental and Formant. You can also stretch or shrink a vocal phrase recorded into it. You can make a vowel or note sustain longer than the singer can actually sing. It can also do voice doubling and re-phrasing. The VoiceOne can also enhance your voice using the Breath, Growl, Rasp, Inflection, Spectral and Resonance algorithms. There is also an intelligent harmonization algorithm that will let you control your harmony by scale by using MIDI. You can use the TC-Helicon VocieOne as Pitch to MIDI conversion device.
